In the Summer term, pupils enjoy playing cricket: Kwik-Cricket from Years 2 and Hard Ball Cricket in Years 5 and 6, with fixtures. Pupils swim from Years 3 once a week and Year 6 enjoy playing tennis.
Prep pupils make full use of our wonderful sports facilities; we have three playing fields, the best cricket facilities on the Wirral, an astrostrip providing nine tennis courts in the Summer and hockey and lacrosse pitches in Winter. Prep have their own Prep gym for PE lessons and use the Sports Hall with four badminton courts, designated fitness suite, climbing wall and squash court.
Additionally all those in Year 6 go on a residential annual activity holiday, as a culmination of their time in Prep. We host a school-wide annual Sports Day which is both traditional and competitive and sees the children representing their School House.
